Terms and conditions:

- the client ensures that their rabbit(s) that are released into the business' care have had their filvac vaccination within the last 12 months and can provide proof of this

- the client agrees to inform the company of all and any known medical conditions the rabbit(s) may have at the time of booking

- the client agrees that a 50% deposit must be made to reserve your booking spot, and full payment must be made 5 days before check-in

- if full payment is not made 5 days before booking, or cancellation is made less than 5 days before booking, then the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee

- the business retains the right to refuse intake of the client's rabbit(s) if they are suspected to be ill at the time of check in

- in the event of illness or injury the business will make all reasonable attemts to contact the client

- the business is not liable for any illness, injury or death whilst caring for the clients rabbit(s)
